Villa policies

Exuma Blue is your home away from home, and we ask that you treat the villa with care during your stay. Please remember that this is an island destination, so things may move at a slower pace than you’re used to. Relax, enjoy the sunshine, and embrace island time!

A dedicated parking space is located directly behind the villa, labeled “Parking for Villa 45.” This space is reserved for our guests and makes coming and going throughout your stay easy and convenient.

Guests have access to the entire villa during their stay, along with the shared resort amenities available at Hideaways at Palm Bay. Enjoy the beach, pool, Splash Bar and complimentary non-motorized water activities throughout your stay.
